TIPS & TROUBLESHOOTING
For the downloaded version of the internet monitoring system, you'll need your pre-assigned username
and password as well as a code to access the program.
When you click on the link to download the program, select the first option on the download list. Then, choose "SAVE" instead of "RUN." Save it to your desktop,
and then open the application using the icon created on your desktop. Follow the prompts, and then enter the IP
address. After that, enter your case sensitive username and password.
If you have any questions on using this system, we are happy to help walk you through it!
To access via your web browser, make sure you have the latest version of JAVA. (If you do not have the
latest version, you can go to the "Downloads" page to get it.) To get started, click on the "Live" button.
Please be patient if it takes a few moments to load the JAVA application. Click "yes" or "always" on the digital certificate pop-up.
You can click on a camera button to view a classroom.
At that point, you should be prompted for your username and password. Please remember -
your username and password are both CASE SENSITIVE. If you have any questions or have trouble with the browser
version, please let us know. Typically, the downloaded version is better and faster to load.
If you have trouble viewing or accessing the cameras on either option, first check that you have the latest version
of JAVA, and make sure you aren't blocked by your firewall.
